Fan Attack by Rapper’s Entourage

A 20-year-old man who tried to take a photo with Jacksonville rapper Nardo Wick was left in critical condition after being knocked unconscious by the rapper’s entourage, Tampa police said.
The graphic video of the brutal attack surfaced on social media shortly after the incident outside Tampa’s Sky Club on Monday morning, according to News 6 affiliate WJXT. Location

According to police, after Nardo and Wick’s concert ended at 1 a.m. on this day, a 20-year-old fan approached Wick, and two men sitting next to him immediately began hitting him in the head. In the video, Wick appeared to hold back the attackers and later said in a statement that he was “upset about what happened.”
Police said investigators are currently trying to identify two suspects involved in the attack, whose photos were posted on Facebook. The victim was identified as George Obregon Jr., according to WFLA. From Pasco County.
His mother, Michelle Obregon, told WFLA that her son suffered a concussion and bleeding in multiple areas of the brain and did not deserve the attack. “My son is not a cruel person. He’s never been involved in anything or even had a fight at school,” he told WFLA. Nardo Wick, born Horace Walls, spoke about the attack in a statement to his 2.3 million Instagram followers on Tuesday.

Walls, 21, said: “I can’t stand what happened to my fan George after the show.” “I told him and his mom that I’m sorry and I’m worried because it happened several times before anything was posted online.”
The Jacksonville rapper’s management also released a statement about the attack, WFLA reported.
“I want to start by saying that Nardo is upset about what happened! He did not approve or participate in anything. He took no part in it. As soon as he realized what was happening, he jumped up and stopped him. Neither his credibility nor the individual is directly related to Nardo. Nardo spoke with the victim’s mother the night of the incident and management contacted her to update her on her condition. We wish him a speedy recovery! “Nardo loves his fans and really cares about them,” the report said.
A friend who was with Obregon told WTSP that after the attack, the two suspects got into a car with Wick and drove off with him.
